is imcc8 a scam?

Is IMCC8 a scam, poor organisation, or an aggressive business model? In this video, I explain what happened after their system charged me the wrong registration rate, the alternatives they offered, the questions they did not answer, and how I ultimately lost €90.15 after cancelling. I am sharing the emails, payments, and refund so you can decide for yourself. Update 1: 1/10/2026, i won the dispute with the bank and got full refund. But still i will never trust them again for a conference after this experience.
